If something isn’t quite right—whether it’s a snarky tee that doesn’t fit your vibe or a limited-edition Busch Light can cooler that arrived dented—we’ve got your back. Our returns process is designed to be as straightforward as our Midwestern roots. Read on for the details, and remember: we’re here to help, not to give you the runaround.
OUR POLICY: THE NITTY-GRITTY
Return Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Think of it like this: it should be ready to go right back on our shelf for another awesome customer.
Proof of Purchase: You’ll need your order number or the email address used for the purchase. We’ll track it down faster than you can say “Iowish.”
Heads Up: Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product lineup and the nature of certain items, the following cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:
- Food & Drink: For obvious reasons (and health codes).
- Drinkware & Kitchen Items that have been opened or used (like Can Coolers or Coasters if the seal is broken).
- Personalized or Custom Items (like certain Buttons & Enamel Pins or Collaborations made-to-order).
- Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as such during promotions or on clearance.
- Intimate Apparel (like certain Activewear or Adults category items) for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item from these categories, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll make it right.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE: YOUR 4-STEP ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT
- Reach Out & Get Your RMA: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Use the template below to make it super easy. We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not send anything back without this number.
- Pack It Up: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email. If you don’t have the original box, use a sturdy one—we want it to survive the journey back to us.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our returns center. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective). We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like USPS, FedEx, or DHL). Keep your tracking number!

REFUNDS: GETTING YOUR CASH BACK
Timing: Once we receive and approve your return, please allow:
- 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed on our end.
- Then, an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method (this depends on your bank or payment provider).
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Visa, MasterCard, JCB: Credited back to your card.
- PayPal: Returned to your PayPal account.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchanges: If you’re exchanging for an item of a different value, we’ll either refund the difference or charge the balance via a secure payment link.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (FOR OUR GLOBALLY-MINDED FRIENDS)
Since we ship globally (except a few remote areas), we accept international returns. The process is the same, but please note:
- You are responsible for any return shipping costs and customs/duties on the returned package.
- Refunds will be issued in US Dollars. The amount received in your local currency may vary slightly due to exchange rates at the time of the refund.
- Use a trackable, insured method for your return shipment. We can’t be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
