1-2 business days. We’re quick. Your order is picked, packed, and handed off to our shipping partners faster than you can say “Iowish.”

Shipping Methods & Times

We offer two ways to get your goods:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx)
    Cost: $12.95
    Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipping.
    Great for when you need that new hoodie or can cooler pronto.
  • Free Shipping (EMS)
    Cost: Free on orders over $50.
    Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipping.
    Perfect for the patient, budget-savvy shopper.

All packages are trackable. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info once your order hits the road.

We love shipping worldwide. Please note that you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. We can’t control these fees, so check with your local post office if you’re unsure.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: THE UNFILTERED POLICY

Sometimes even the boldest choices need a rethink. Our returns process is as straightforward as our roots. Here’s the nitty-gritty.

The Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Think: ready to go right back on the shelf.
  • Proof of Purchase: Have your order number or the email address used for purchase handy.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product lineup and common sense, the following cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:

  • Food & Drink: For obvious reasons (and health codes).
  • Opened or Used Drinkware & Kitchen Items: Like Can Coolers or Coasters if the seal is broken.
  • Personalized or Custom Items: Like certain Buttons & Enamel Pins or Collaborations made-to-order.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked during promotions or clearance.
  • Intimate Apparel: From categories like Activewear or Adults, for hygiene reasons (unless defective).

If you receive a defective or incorrect item from a non-returnable category, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll make it right.

How to Return or Exchange: Your 4-Step Attitude Adjustment

  1. Reach Out & Get Your RMA
    Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Use the template below. We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not send anything back without this number.
  2. Pack It Up
    Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email. No original box? Use a sturdy one—we want it to survive the journey back.
  3. Ship It Back

    You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective). We recommend using a trackable service (USPS, FedEx, DHL). Keep your tracking number!
  4. Sit Back & Relax
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange and send you an email confirmation. Easy as pie.

Refunds: Getting Your Cash Back

  • Timing: Once we receive and approve your return, please allow:
    • 3-5 business days for us to process the refund.
    • Then, an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method (depends on your bank or provider).
  • Method: Refunds go back to the original payment method.
    • Visa, MasterCard, JCB: Credited back to your card.
    • PayPal: Returned to your PayPal account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • Exchanges: If you’re exchanging for an item of different value, we’ll either refund the difference or charge the balance via a secure payment link.
