6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES (THE UNFILTERED POLICY)

We want you to love what you get. If not, here’s the deal:

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Process: Email [email protected] within 15 days to get an RMA number. Do not send anything back without it.
  • Cost: You cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
